Michele brings a unique set of skills and expertise to Media Management Inc. For the past 20 years, she’s been immersed in all aspects of media: she’s represented advertisers, bought media and sold multi-media advertising platforms.
Originally from New York, Michele graduated Bucknell University with a B.A. in economics and a minor in art history. After two years in the financial industry, Michele set her sights on a career in advertising. She accepted a position with Zenith Media as a media buying assistant in the National Broadcast group. In 1997 Michele moved on to MediaCom to oversee the media buying for the agency’s retail accounts.
In 2004, Michele was promoted to Senior Vice President, Managing Partner. In this unique position, Michele had the dual role of overseeing both strategic planning and buying for both national broadcast and local media advertising clients. As Mediacom’s retail media expert, Michele led the development and implementation of multi media marketing plans and advertising strategies for multiple clients exceeding $450 million.
In 2007 Michele moved to the other side of the desk, joining ESPN, Inc. as Senior Director, Sports Management. While at ESPN, Michele developed annual marketing and sales strategies for sports properties such as NBA, X Games, Tennis and Golf. Representing these properties, Michele presented strategic, integrated marketing platforms to senior-level decision makers at clients and media agencies. She supervised the day-to-day relationships with Leagues and various governing bodies, coordinating joint sales and marketing sponsorship initiatives.
In 2011 Michele left New York City for Denver Colorado where she went on to work as Senior Vice President with Banner Sports in Denver, Colorado.
In her free time, Michele enjoys exploring the mountains near her home in Denver, Colorado. When she’s not hiking with her chocolate lab, Georgia, Michele is running or practicing yoga. She also volunteers her time as a coach with Girls on the Run, a national non-profit association that inspires self-confidence and fitness in young girls.
