Fleet Forum Partners With Clements Worldwide to Deliver New Insights on Fleet Risk Management
Washington, D.C. (PRWEB) November 04, 2013 -- Clements Worldwide, a provider of international insurance solutions, and Fleet Forum, a renowned association of fleet managers, announce the launch of a comprehensive global survey of risks faced by humanitarian organizations operating international fleets of vehicles.
The survey, named FleetRisk360°, will be the largest of its kind and will include responses from 200 humanitarian agencies worldwide. It will examine key loss drivers, likelihood, and severity of fleet-related losses. The results, to be delivered at Fleet Forum’s annual conference 2014 from 2 - 4 April in Budapest, will not only serve as a benchmarking tool, but will provide critical new insights for the development of best practices and fleet risk mitigation strategies like global access to insurance.
Dante Disparte, managing director of Partner Solutions at Clements Worldwide, said: “Given Clements’ 66 years of experience insuring the international community, we are delighted to collaborate with Fleet Forum on the groundbreaking FleetRisk360° study. We believe this initiative will provide invaluable knowledge on emerging risks and help the sector address them more efficiently.”
Paul Jansen, Fleet Forum’s executive director adds “Through our partnership, Fleet Forum and Clements Worldwide will help shape a common understanding of performance gaps and provide humanitarian fleet managers with risk mitigation strategies. The goal is to identify trends and offer solutions, in keeping with Fleet Forum’s vision of enhancing the standards of practice in the humanitarian sector.”
This survey is especially important given alarming recent findings by the World Health Organization, which estimated that, around the world, road crashes kill approximately 3,000 people every day and cause 20 to 50 million injuries. The FleetRisk360° survey aims to shed critical light into fleet risks, and play a major role in assisting humanitarian organizations in mitigating them going forward.
