In addition to continuing remote 24x7 Level 1 service desk for the hospital’s staff, ABS will also introduce its new IT Service Management platform, ABS Service Manager. The new ITSM system will be utilized as a single, consolidated platform to manage incidents and service requests as well as other workflows including problems, changes, and configuration management.
