Covenant Realty Corporation, a relational, referral-based residential real estate firm based in Richardson, Texas, announces four new additions to its staff. Ryan Pope, Kelly Pope, and Cassandra Stahl have joined the noted firm as buyer specialists. Suzanne Kammerer is transaction coordinator. The hires reflect Covenant’s rapid growth and goal to enhance its service offerings to its clients.
Previously in business consulting in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, Ryan Pope is licensed in real estate sales. He is originally from Newport News, Virginia and received a bachelor of arts in economics from Harvard University in 2008. Prior to joining Covenant Realty, Kelly Pope worked in the health care industry serving as an activity director at a senior residence. In their roles as buyer specialists, the Pope husband-wife team works in tandem to serve the firm’s clients.
Cassandra Stahl has lived in the Metroplex for nearly 25 years and understands the local real estate market. As a buyer specialist, she brings negotiation expertise and professional follow-through from her engineering and construction background to best serve client’s needs. Previously, Ms. Stahl was with Texas Instruments for 17 years where she served as packaging and program manager. She holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Marquette University, Milwaukee, WI and is a registered professional mechanical engineer in the state of Texas.
In her new role at Covenant as transaction coordinator, Suzanne Kammerer assists buyers and sellers with both listings and contracts. Her objective is to ensure smooth and timely processes with each transaction. Touting expertise in short sales, Ms. Kammerer’s previous work included a stint with a local title company. The real estate industry has always been a primary focus for her and she is currently an affiliated member of the Women’s Council of Realtors for Collin County.
