Dallas, TX (PRWEB) November 01, 2013

Since Camp Bow Wow’s “Dog Days of Summer” contest on Facebook was such a hit, they are holding another for Halloween. Voting ends for the “Spook-Tacular Howl-O-Ween” photo contest at 10 p.m. Friday, Nov. 1.

People can take a photo of their dog decked out in their Halloween costume, then go to Camp Bow Wow’s Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/CampBowWowDallasHighFive. From there, look for the photo contest tab, submit it, and then get friends and family to “like” Camp Bow Wow’s Facebook page and vote for the photo. Voting can be done once daily. First prize is five days of day camp, while second and third prizes are three days of day camp, and one day of camp and a bath package, respectively.

Camp Bow Wow has a foster dog program with which they save homeless dogs from shelters all over Texas. Dogs receive their own camp cabins complete with cots, fleece blankets, and campfire treats. So far, the program has found permanent homes for more than 36 dogs this year. Since October is “Adopt a Shelter Dog” Month, now is the perfect time to take advantage of this program.

Camp Bow Wow’s services include dog day care, dog boarding, and camp showers. They are located at 13730 Floyd Circle in Dallas. For more information, visit their website at http://www.campbowwow.com, or call 241-575-WOOF.
