Cinemark Holdings, Inc. Selects Lx Contracts from Lucernex For Its Lease Administration Solution
Dallas, TX (PRWEB) November 05, 2013 -- Lucernex Technologies announced that one of the world’s largest Cinema chains, Cinemark Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: CNK), has selected Lucernex’s cloud-based Lx Contracts solution to manage its multi-brand portfolio of over 500 theatres in 40 U.S. States and 13 countries. Lx Contracts will replace their legacy system Siteseer.

The project includes a complete data conversion and replacement of their existing lease administration and rent accounting solution, Siteseer, as well as six integrations into their back office financial system PeopleSoft. The first phase will include converting all existing US based leases into Lx Contracts, and possibly followed by a second phase to bring in all International leases.

Implementation of the Lx Contract solution began in June of 2013.
