It’s been a great fall semester for Ember Fx, and this L.A. electronic pop band isn’t even in college.

That hasn’t stopped their sophomore release Lights And Action from getting heavy rotation at more than 100 college radio stations across the country, climbing the charts from Ohio to New Jersey to Walla Walla, Washington. Lights And Action has made its way into the Top 30 Charts at seven stations, including KSJS in San Jose, Calif. (No. 4), M3 Radio in Brooklyn, NY (No. 7) and KWCW in Walla Walla, where the album rocketed to the No. 1 spot.

Now they’re saying thanks to their fans with the release of the second single from the album, “Good Holiday,” and its accompanying music video.

“‘Good Holiday’ is a track that came out of the monotony my work as a file clerk in a law office,” explains Michael Berns, Ember Fx frontman. “Sitting on the desk or floor with a stack of files and papers that needed to be filed, while daydreaming of a vacation that I could take.”

That led him to lines like “If I close my eyes for a sec” and “flight from my desk” – the video will take you on a visual journey befitting that lyrical daydream. The song is poised to take its place alongside the first hit single, “What Aren’t We Going to Do,” and is positioned for use in advertisements and other licensed placements.

“Good Holiday” is available for download on iTunes and Amazon now, and the music video will release on November 5 via the Ember FX YouTube channel.
