Thomas Davis, Jr. Joins GCG as Vice President, West Coast Operations
SEATTLE (PRWEB) November 04, 2013 -- The Garden City Group, Inc. (GCG), announced today that Thomas Davis, Jr. has joined the Company in the newly-created role of vice president, West Coast operations.
Based in Seattle, Davis will play an integral role in the management of the West Coast office and will oversee a variety of high-profile, diverse cases. Davis will report directly to Jennifer Keough, GCG’s executive vice president and chief operating officer.
“Over the last 10 years, our West Coast headquarters has seen remarkable growth,” said Keough. “We’re pleased to welcome Tom to our senior management team; his extensive background and impressive credentials will be a great addition to GCG.”
Davis has a varied background, including experience in complex litigation, employment law, white collar crime and bankruptcy. Most recently, Davis served as corporate secretary and general counsel at Airbiquity Inc., where his responsibilities included managing all pending legal issues and outside counsel, as well as acting as a primary advisor on general corporate, legal and business strategy matters.
Before joining Airbiquity Inc., Davis was principal and chairman of litigation, forensics and investigative services with the accounting firm of Moss Adams LLP. Earlier in his career, he was a special agent with the FBI. Davis earned his Juris Doctor from Samford University School of Law and his Bachelor of Arts degree from the College of William and Mary. He is also an Accredited Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE).
