Ocius Adds Maintenance Requests and Live Balances to Next Generation Mobile App for Apartment Residents

My Resident Network v2.0 lets apartment residents make secure rent payments, receive rent reminders, request maintenance services and view live balances.

Ocius, a leading provider of resident billing and utility invoice processing services for apartment managers, today announced the immediate availability of the next generation of its award-winning resident mobile app, My Resident Network.

New features include a redesigned user interface for greater ease of use, the ability to see live balances and detailed rent charges (including a full-year’s history), easy creation and monitoring of maintenance requests, and access to a real-time community bulletin board for increased social interaction.

The My Resident Network mobile app recently won the 2013 Multi-Housing News Technology Choice Award. This innovative app allows apartment residents to setup a secure mobile account and pay their rent directly from their iOS or Android mobile device. Residents can also view their current monthly statement, make rent payments, see their utility charges, and review other account information.

The My Resident Network mobile app is available now. The Apple app is optimized for iPhone, iPad, and iTouch devices and can be downloaded free from the Apple App Store. The Android app is optimized for all Android devices and can be downloaded free from the Google Play Store.
