The announcement of ACM Entertainer of the year, Luke Bryan, elicited a roar from the Rider crowd that rivaled a Weston Dressler touchdown! Bryan, currently the hottest name in country music, will crash the party at the World’s Greatest Country Music Festival on Friday night. Bryan continues to sell out everywhere he plays and with hits like "Country Girl (Shake it for Me)" and "That’s My Kind of Night," the Craven crowd will be in for a special treat on July 11.
Headlining Saturday night is the incomparable Dierks Bentley, whose unique voice, good looks, and catalogue of number one hits will surely bring down the house. Bentley is a multi-award winning, platinum-album selling whirlwind whose latest album, Riser, is sure to be a hit.
"We’re incredibly proud and thankful to our fans to be able to even say we’re back for our tenth anniversary," said Kim Blevins, director of marketing. "I really think we’re doing our best to reward our fans with this incredible lineup. Being able to say that the hottest act in country music is coming our way is really gratifying."
Joining Bryan, Bentley, and previously announced superstar Keith Urban is an incredible mix of support acts. Talented Canadians are anchoring the festival, with the Roadhammers opening the party on Thursday and Pump Roadhouse closer Dallas Smith wrapping up the festival in the beer gardens Sunday night. Each act will bring its own unique country rock sound to the valley. Also announced, Brett Eldridge, Charlie Daniels, the Nitty Gritty Dirt Band, Thomas Rhett, Tim Hicks of "Stronger Beer" fame, CCMA award winner Gord Bamford, and Canadian crooner George Canyon.
