MRI Software Wraps Up 19th Annual International Users Conference
Cleveland, Ohio (PRWEB) November 01, 2013 -- Every year, MRI Software invites its valued users, potential clients, and strategic partners to its annual International Users Conference. This year over 650 MRI enthusiasts travelled to the Red Rock Casino in Las Vegas to learn about current MRI products, future product development plans, as well as network with their peers in the property management industry. For 2013, MRI Software chose the theme, “Connect,” to stress the importance of the relationships and communication between MRI and its clients.
The conference featured over 70 educational sessions with in-depth learning opportunities about MRI’s products, presentations on the upcoming MRI Product Roadmap. Other valuable sessions included focus groups where direct client feedback was gathered regarding new products and future plans. Moreover, attendees had on-site access to over 90 MRI staff members (including the Senior Leadership Team) that were all available to answer questions and demo available products.
“The focus groups exemplify the ‘Connect’ theme of this year’s conference, because that’s truly what this annual event is about. It’s about connecting with our clients, creating a sense of community, and an environment where people can share ideas and learn from one another,” said Stephen Baker, Vice President of Product Management.
In addition to the classroom sessions and focus groups, MRI debuted the Client Solutions Center, an area that displayed short presentations about new MRI products and a learning lab for short hands-on trainings. The Solutions Center was led by a group of MRI experts dedicated to assisting clients in discovering new, creative ways to use their software and was one of the most popular areas of the MRI Solutions Room.
“The Solutions Center again emphasized the theme of the conference in that our staff got a chance to directly interact with the clients and learn what they needed and exactly what they wanted our software to accomplish,” said Patrick Ghilani, Chief Operating Officer.
“This year we experienced our highest attendance in recent years, and we were excited and appreciative to have so many clients learning about MRI’s products and future strategies,” said David Post, CEO of MRI Software. “With our recent release of MRI 4.5, we were especially enthusiastic to share all the web-based enhancements and expanded functionality that is included in the latest version of our highly configurable software – and our excitement was matched by the IUC attendees.”
Building off the momentum from this year’s highly successful conference, MRI plans to further enhance the users’ experience at next year’s IUC which will be held in New Orleans, LA.
