If money could save someone from Hell, how much would you spend?
Myrtle Beach, South Carolina (PRWEB) November 04, 2013
In recent years, The Prayer People has helped thousands of people accept Jesus as their Savior! Being a new internet-based organization, The Prayer People is not limited by location. "We focus on spreading The Gospel through non-traditional channels," says David Haddock, founder of the organization. He believes that people across the world are looking for Jesus, and his organization provides the tools to find Him.
"If money could save someone from Hell, how much would you spend?" This was a question Mr. Haddock began asking himself when he noticed a direct relation between the cost of advertising and the number of new Christians who met Jesus on http://www.theprayerpeople.org. He goes on to say, "When I stopped advertising, people stopped meeting Jesus. Once I acknowledged this, I had to make personal financial sacrifices to ensure people were at least given the opportunity to receive Jesus."
Today, The Prayer People (also known as Benjamin International Enterprises, LLC) has had a tremendous impact on people across the world. "We not only want to tell people about God, we want to support them on their daily journey as a Christian." The Prayer People has online tools to help anyone grow in Christ. These tools include RSS feeds to audio sermons, daily devotionals, an online Bible, and even links to an online Christian radio. "Since we also believe prayer is an extremely important part of someone's life, we enabled anyone to create an account and submit their own prayer requests, as well as pray for others!" Haddock says, "This will help form an international praying community."
The Prayer People recently launched a new website platform and 845 people have already accepted Jesus into their life, and over 260 people created online accounts to pray and learn more about God! David Haddock says, "We also wanted to give people the option of sharing their faith, so we created a 'Meet Jesus' campaign. Anyone who creates a free account as a 'Partner' can also create a custom URL extension to a page that is made to tell others about Jesus! We want people to see and feel the satisfaction of witnessing to others."
The Prayer People has done surprisingly well for being 100% funded by Mr. Haddock. He says, "The success is from God. I am just a normal person who decided to use my gifts and talents for Him." Today, The Prayer People is actively seeking financial gifts to increase advertising, develop new technology, and cover typical administrative expenses. Although the gifts are currently not tax deductible, Haddock believes "the return is well worth the investment." To show your support, go to http://www.theprayerpeople.org/donate.php and give now!
