19th Annual Miami International Real Estate Congress Opens Today; Featuring 36 Foreign Delegates, New Miami International Buyer Survey, and Top Industry Experts
Miami, FL (PRWEB) November 04, 2013 -- The official programing for the19th annual MIAMI International Real Estate Congress, the premiere international real estate event of the year, begins today at 9am at the historic Biltmore Hotel in Coral Gables. Hosted by the MIAMI Association of Realtors (MIAMI), the Congress brings together nearly 300 real estate professionals including leaders from Miami partner associations in Argentina, Brazil, Ecuador, Germany, France and Portugal as well as delegates from Panama, Costa Rica, and the Netherlands and offers two powerful days of learning and collaboration. A gala reception at Marina Palms on Sunday evening kicked off the three-day event.

MIAMI CEO Teresa King Kinney will present the findings of the association’s latest international buying activity survey at the Congress on Monday at 9:30 am. Also on Monday, Immediate Past President of the National Association of Realtors (NAR) Maurice “Moe” Veissi will moderate a panel featuring the four largest brokers in South Florida - Rei Mesa, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida; Mike Pappas, The Keyes Company; Duff Rubin, Coldwell Banker Residential; and Ron Shuffield, Esslinger-Wootem-Maxwell. These brokers represent 100 offices and 6,000 agents and they will offer their view and outlook for the market and for Miami's international buyers.
On Tuesday, November 5, NAR Chief Economist Dr. Lawrence Yun will present U.S. Market Update & Markets to Target for Foreign Investment. He will be available for media interviews following his presentation. Marianne Cusato, the author of “Rightsizing our Living Space” will present immediately after Dr. Yun.
