Mentor, Ohio (PRWEB) November 07, 2013 -- W.S. Tyler, a leading manufacturer of test sieves and related wire mesh custom filtration products, is pleased to announce a new addition to its sales team. Steven Kopfstein was recently hired by W.S. Tyler to head up the company’s engineered products. His official capacity will be Sales Manager of that division.
Kopfstein assumed the title of Sales Manager, Engineered Products in July of this year. Prior to that, he served as Sales Representative at W.J. Williams Co., Inc. and as Senior Sales Engineer of Die-Cut Products Co. He holds a Bachelor’s of Business Administration from Cleveland State University.
“Steve will lead the sales effort for woven wire filtration products in North America, a position we have been wanting to expand for quite some time,” explains a W.S. Tyler’s spokesperson. In that capacity, Kopfstein will be responsible for prospecting and developing new business opportunities in all the various industries where wire cloth is used. Those include the pharmaceutical, aerospace, automotive, food industry and general filtration industries, just to name a few.
“The Engineered Products division of our company is an expansive one, so we really needed someone with the managerial background and sales experience who could come in and take it to the next level,” Lucas went on to point out. “We feel that we’ve found exactly that in Steve.”
Indeed, W.S. Tyler’s custom wire mesh filtration offerings covers everything from wire mesh filters to Porostar and sinter bonded laminate to extruder screens. W.S. Tyler produces custom filters and prides itself on working with clients throughout every step of the process, from the design to the fabrication, from the service to consultations on the filter itself. Now with the addition of Kopfstein to the W.S. Tyler sales team, prospective customers will be walked through all the advantages the company has to offer by a knowledgeable partner.
