American Sports Memories Selected As Official Sports Videographer for A5 Volleyball Club
Atlanta, GA (PRWEB) November 06, 2013 -- A5 Volleyball Club announced that American Sports Memories has been chosen to provide sports recruiting video services for volleyball athletes in the upcoming season. In conjunction with its training arm, Volley Performance, A5 will utilize experienced sports videographers provided by American Sports Memories to capture footage of their athletes during facilitated skill sessions. American Sports Memories will edit this footage into sports recruiting videos to support each athlete’s pursuit of a college scholarship.
“Most of our athletes have developed the skills to play college volleyball,” said Bob Westbrook, President and CEO of Volley Performance. “We find it advantageous for most athletes to create a compelling recruiting video for the purpose of marketing themselves to their targeted universities.”
In addition to A5 skill sessions facilitated by some of the top coaches in the country, American Sports Memories will also videotape athletes attending any of the seven volleyball tournaments hosted by A5 and Southern Volleyball Tournaments during the 2014 season. Sports video editing services will then spotlight each player’s position on the court, providing coaches and recruiters with an excellent opportunity to assess athletic skills during game situations. American Sports Memories enables players to combine their skill session video with edited game footage to create a holistic college recruiting video.
“We selected American Sports Memories because of their superior customer service, and ability to apply both video and editing expertise with sports knowledge…a rare combination” said Michael Fletcher, Club Director for A5. “They were very easy to work with during our skill sessions, and provided crisp editing that perfectly showcased the unique strengths of each athlete. Their recruiting videos were ready for review within days of each workout session, and the feedback from both the parents and athletes has been overwhelmingly positive.”
The opportunity to support volleyball athletes seeking college scholarships was a key driver for Steven Langer, Chief Executive Officer for American Sports Memories. “We have been producing college recruiting videos for athletes in many sports, including soccer, basketball, football, softball and baseball. Our company is delighted to work side-by-side with some of the best coaches in the industry to produce outstanding volleyball recruiting videos for the next generation of college-bound athletes!”
