Collective Data Receives High Marks For Client Satisfaction

Recent customer survey highlights high support satisfaction ratings and helps company gauge the need for options to meet specific needs.

Collective Data, Inc., a leading provider of fleet and asset management software systems, recently released an annual client satisfaction survey to gauge user responses on a variety of items to include: satisfaction with support, training, current functionality, and future options they would like to see in the software. All current customers of Collective Data received the survey.

This year, Collective Data received a 94% satisfied support rating. This has been a fairly consistent number since the company started sending out the satisfaction surveys in 2009.

"Growing a company introduces many challenges but the one closest to our core is the satisfaction of our clients," said Jason Wonase, President & CEO of Collective Data. "Seeing very strong marks, once again, on our annual client survey tells me we are still doing things right. Besides the high marks of satisfaction, there are plenty of suggestions on the direction our client base would like to see us head.
