Accredited Investor Markets Launches “Grand Central” Resource
Chicago, IL (PRWEB) November 05, 2013 -- Accredited Investor Markets (AIMkts) is pleased to announce the launch of its much anticipated, “Grand Central,” a webpage of curated Internet resources for accredited investors to use in their self-education and exploration about the world of alternative investments.
“We took our cue from Refdesk, which has been my home page since about 2000,” said AIMkts spokesperson Michele Schechter. Schechter continued, “[w]hile the original content publish on AIMkts is excellent, we recognize that we cannot be all things to all accredited investors and, so, we decided to scour the web for other sites that we could verify to our satisfaction presented accurate and objective information.”
The single most common comment AIMkts has received since its launch in early 2013 is that its objectivity is a rare commodity in a world where so many purveyors of investments use content marketing to sell their services and products or to otherwise push a specific agenda.
AIMkts built Grand Central to be a repository of websites that offer information about private equity, venture capital, angel investing, hedge funds, private placements, securities laws, and the like in an objective and plain English manner. AIMkts is unique in that rather than speaking to investment professionals or entrepreneurs, its sole mission is to educate accredited investors who have no particular background or experience with alternative asset classes.
About Accredited Investor Markets:
Accredited Investor Markets (http://www.accreditedinvestormarkets.com) provides the smartest, most reliable information for accredited investors.
AIMkts was born from the belief that millions of accredited investors will start to look to alternative assets for the first time in the next few years because of the JOBS Act’s lifting of the ban against general solicitation and advertising and that these investors will need objective and accurate, plain English information so they can decide whether alternative assets are appropriate for their investment portfolios. AIMkts is supported by advertising revenue but does not accept advertising from any financial institution of any kind.
