MiniTime.com, the most comprehensive family trip-planning website available, today announced the Company will compete on stage at PhoCusWright’s upcoming Travel Innovation Summit to present its Trip Planner tool.
Earlier this year, MiniTime launched its Trip Planner itinerary-building tool, including a fully functional and exportable calendar, detailed maps and directions, dynamic, age-based recommendations of places to stay, see and eat, as well as a journal and photo uploader. On November 19, 2013, MiniTime will take the stage at PhoCusWright’s Travel Innovation Summit, to showcase the tool and its new features in front of a panel of judges including senior executives from across the industry. The new features include Helpful Hints notifications and the ability to create a Trip Plan with family and friends. Judges will critically assess demonstrators on the level of technical innovation, business value of the innovation and potential effect on the marketplace. The Summit shines the spotlight on the new applications and ideas that shape the travel industry.
MiniTime also recently took home a prestigious Silver Magellan Award from Travel Weekly magazine in the Online Travel Services/Trip Planning category. The Magellan Awards are the premier award for the travel industry, honoring the best in travel. The award was judged by a group of peers and held to the highest standard of excellence.
“Being selected for both The 2013 Magellan Awards and for the Travel Innovation Summit are two huge achievements for MiniTime,” said Nimrod Lev, Co-Founder and Chairman of MiniTime. “We look forward to showing the masses at PhoCusWright what Trip Planner means for families planning travel.”
