Cherokee Nation Technologies Awarded $12M USDA contract
Catoosa, OK (PRWEB) November 05, 2013 -- Cherokee Nation Technologies, a division of Cherokee Nation Businesses, was selected by the U.S. Department of Agriculture to support research on the health of our nation’s forests. CNT is providing technical support services to the Forest Health Technology Enterprise Team throughout the five-year agreement.

The $12 million contract begins with twelve initial task orders supporting geographic information systems, remote sensing, information technology, technical writing and graphic design. CNT is also assisting with the tracking and reporting of numerous forest health concerns, such as invasive species, pest management and wildfires.
