Synergy Corporate Housing, a global leader in providing innovative corporate housing solutions, announced today it has won three Gold Supplier Excellence Awards at the Cartus Global Network Conference, held in Dallas, Texas on October 21 – 23. Cartus is a provider of international employee relocation solutions.
The annual awards recognize Cartus’ suppliers who have consistently delivered exceptional service to its customers, and to those who invested in innovations that improved service. For the second year in a row, Synergy won in both categories.

Synergy’s Supplier Innovation winning submission for its Personalized Guest Experience highlights Synergy’s “Make it Personal” strategy. To better welcome guests into their new homes, Synergy built an in-house video production team to document step-by-step arrival instructions for new guests, as well as showcase a property’s interiors and amenities. Synergy also sends customized property maps, welcome packages, neighborhood information, and much more to each new guest.
Synergy was also recognized for Supplier Innovation for its Sustainability Initiatives, which emphasize the use of sustainable products in all aspects of its business, including its corporate offices, fleet of vehicles, and within guest apartments. Synergy’s Green Cleaning program, for example, outlines standards for purchasing sustainable cleaning products and equipment, offers rigorous employee training requirements, and educates guests about sustainability. The company also continues to pair with partners who operate LEED certified buildings.
