EB Industries Hires Director of New Business Development

He will be in charge of EB’s latest strategic initiative, which is focused on expanding the company’s capabilities to processing large quantities of parts quickly, at high levels of quality, in a cost effective manner. “EB is known for high quality,” says Mr. DeLalio, “but the fact that we are automation and computer savvy gives us capabilities that are unique. We plan to apply this expertise to expand production capabilities as well as add an array of value added services such as rapid tooling development, automated weld inspection, and supply chain integration.” Mr. DeLalio will also be involved with existing operations, making sure that EB Industries remains on the cutting edge of precision welding technology and continues to exceed customer’s expectations every day.
John is the son of Louis DeLalio, one of the original founders of EB Industries. He joins the company with 23 years of experience in a wide array of different industries and roles. Early in his career, he worked as a mechanical engineer for Brookhaven National Laboratory. He spent years as a manufacturing system and supply chain consultant for leading companies such as W.L Gore, New Holland, and Castrol NA. Mr. DeLalio also has an information technology background and has engineered new business services utilizing technology from J.D Edwards, Oracle, and Lawson software. Most recently, he was Senior Director of Enterprise Architecture for NYC Health and Hospitals, the largest municipal healthcare system in the US.
John has a proven record of engineering multifaceted solutions allowing customers to benefit from advances in technology and new ways of thinking. He has a passion for customer service and embraces a partner centric approach to business relationships.
