Howard Tangler, 83-year-old "HipHop Grampop" launches "2 for 21," how two minutes a day for 21 days can deliver a stress-free, healthy life. Tangler's rap presentation to businesses, community groups and individuals leaves the group standing on their feet in excitement, looking forward to their new worry-free, energetic life.
Tangler has devoted more than 50 years to studying and teaching virtually every available approach to personal development and goal achievement. See him at http://www.HipHopGrampop.com. Ask him questions at info(at)HipHopGrampop(dot)com.
As a result of his speaking to over 5,000 groups of 2 to 2,000 people, his inquiring and analytical mind saw what worked best and distilled this information down to its simplest and most effective form. His program takes just two minutes a day to complete in 21 days. He is now ready to share this path to a stress-free, healthy life with people across the country.
By applying this method, Tangler has lived the last 49 years without an illness or disease, not even a cold. At his last annual physical exam all tests were normal, and he takes no medications. He returns from his six-mile bike ride in the morning with no aches or pains. You can ask your questions at info(at)HipHopGrampop(dot)com
By contrast, Tangler’s childhood and early adult life were filled with the usual colds, flu and sore throats every year, plus mumps, measles and chicken pox. As a child he had a very dangerous mastoid operation at age 5 and an appendectomy at age 12. His good health was not an inherited quality.
Only after an unusually sickening case of the flu at age 34 did Tangler decide to change his life by changing his thinking. As a result, he has not had a single case of disease or discomfort for the last 49 years. His joints are all flexible and free of pain. Medical exams show no signs of arthritis, diabetes or any other limiting illnesses. His EKG and x-rays are all normal. He attributes his amazing good health to his 2-minute-a-day, 21-day program.
He has also been very happily married to Betty, and they will celebrate their 60th wedding anniversary in January. Their son and daughter are both happily married and live nearby. Three of Tangler’s granddaughters are married with children of their own, giving the Tanglers four great-grandchildren.
His most rewarding personal experiences have been when he was able to see people live a stress-free, healthy life as a result of following his guidance. You can see his pledge at http://www.HipHopGrampop.com.
Tangler’s goal for the next 12 months is to present his unique approach to businesses, community groups and individuals so that 100,000 others live their days stress-free and healthy when they apply his simple 2-minute-a-day, 21-day program and benefit from his coaching. He finishes his presentations as the rousing “HipHop Grampop”, which leaves the group standing on their feet in excitement, looking forward to their new healthy, care-free life.
