Palm Beach, Florida (PRWEB) November 06, 2013 -- Globalsat Group announced its US affiliate, Globalsat Latam LLC, has signed an agreement to become a global Value Added Reseller (VAR) status by Iridium Communications Inc., the only mobile satellite service (MSS) company offering coverage over the entire globe. By becoming an Iridium VAR, Globalsat Group companies will be able to better serve existing and future customers of voice and data turnkey solutions using the Iridium® network.
A VAR is a company that provides a total wireless data solution for an end customer. They integrate all hardware and software for both the remote device as well as the back office/host computer system.
Under its new status as an Iridium VAR, the group will increase its capability to deliver custom solutions for specific client needs, especially in the field of Machine-to-Machine (M2M) solutions.
