Development Matters Launches Custominsight's Highly Successful Focal EE Employee Engagement Survey and Focal360 at the CIPD Annual Conference and Exhibition

Focal EE surveys measure employee engagement and alignment, helping small, medium and large organisations identify, understand and address employee engagement problems.

Development Matters will be bringing new tools to the CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development), the world’s largest chartered HR development professional body, Annual Conference and Exhibition in Manchester Central Convention Complex this November 6th and 7th.

Pauline Gordon, Managing Director of Development Matters, has been instrumental in bringing Custominsight’s flagship programs to the UK. Since 1999, Development Matters has specialised in tailored OD responses.

“We work with Public, Private and 3rd Sector organisations, from large organisations to SMEs. Both Focal EE Employee Engagement Survey and Focal360 are fully customisable, suitable for single teams or departments through to entire complex corporates. CIPD is the ideal place to launch them,” said Gordon.

Focal EE and Focal360 are surveys that have already been used by more than half the organisations in the Fortune 100. High performing organisations recognise the direct link between staff engagement and that of individual performance. Measuring employee engagement has become crucial to creating successful and profitable businesses. “ Until now, employee engagement surveys haven’t been as accessible to small and mid-sized organisations. Our American partner’s (Custominsight) Focal EE and Focal360 surveys are filling a gap in the market, one that has proven to be a great asset to Development Matters and its clients,” said Gordon. “And what better platform to launch them than CIPD? We’ll be at Stand no. 260 demonstrating the easy-to-use online systems.”

Development Matters is also offering a chance for participants to win a free survey for their organisation. “Our goal is to help individuals and organisations grow and develop in a highly competitive market,” said Melissa Gottshall, director of Custominsight’s business development. “We hope that by working with Development Matters, organisations in the UK will get the jump start they need toward success.”
