Red Ventures Named Best Place to Work in San Antonio, Looks to Hire 40 More
San Antonio, TX (PRWEB) November 06, 2013 -- Red Ventures took home two awards in the San Antonio Express-News’ fifth Top Workplaces competition this year for best midsize company to work for and the Direction Award, presented to the company with the most employees who responded that their organization is going in the right direction.
Both awards were based off employees’ responses to a 23 question, independent survey, which drew responses from 27,147 employees at 124 companies. Top companies were chosen in three categories – large businesses, midsize businesses and small businesses. Special awards were given to 13 companies that received standout scores in certain areas.

Headquartered in Charlotte, N.C., Red Ventures is no stranger to winning awards for employee satisfaction. The corporate office has also been named as a best place to work, ranking in the top 10 on The Charlotte Business Journal’s list for three consecutive years.
Red Ventures is a technology-driven marketing and sales company that works with large national brands including DIRECTV, ADT Security and Verizon. Its San Antonio office opened in April 2011 with only 20 employees and has grown to accommodate almost 130 sales agents and managers over the last two years. It serves as the unofficial headquarters for the sales side of their DIRECTV partnership.
Mariana Jaeger, Vice President of Sales at Red Ventures, said the company is looking to add another 40 full-time and part-time positions to the San Antonio office by the beginning of next year.
