Park Springs CCRC Wins Four GAHBA OBIEs for Marketing Excellence
Atlanta, GA (PRWEB) November 06, 2013 -- On behalf of their client, Park Springs CCRC, the luxury continuing care retirement community in Stone Mountain (GA), Betsy Sheppard and Kerrie Gilbert of Gilbert & Sheppard Group (GSG) won four OBIE Awards at the annual Awards Gala hosted by the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association (GAHBA) on November 2.
Gilbert & Sheppard Group, the well-known marketing and business consulting firm that creates award-winning campaigns for a variety of clients in the housing industry, won three Golds and one Silver OBIE for Park Springs CCRC in the following categories:
Gold:
• Best Advertising Campaign – Developer, budget over $10,000
• Best Newspaper Ad, under full page, any amount of color
• Best Consumer Direct Mail Program
Silver:
• Best Magazine Ad, under full page, any amount of color

In addition to winning the four 2013 OBIE awards for GSG’s marketing expertise, Betsy Sheppard, President and co-owner of GSG was honored as 2013 GAHBA Associate of the Year. She was recognized for her tireless efforts on behalf of the association, its members and the home building industry, dating back to when she joined GAHBA more than 30 years ago.
“It is safe to say that at some point in time, Betsy has been active on every HBA Council. She is credited with branding the Green Building Council, the Remodelers Council, and the 50+ Housing Council. Most recently, her team created the brand for the HBA’s newest Council, Professional Women in Building (PWB),” according to Mike Turner, President of GAHBA, who presented the award.
