Colleton River Plantation Club, a premier private golf community, today announced the expansion of the Assistant Club Manager role. Erica Pepper came to Colleton River from River Run Country Club in Davidson, North Carolina in 2011. She joined our team as the F&B Service Manager and was promoted to the Assistant Clubhouse Manager in July of 2012. Erica has recently assumed the additional responsibilities of event management. She will be coordinating all member, golf, food and beverage requirements, private events and weddings. She was recently awarded the Sally Burns Rambo Scholarship by the Club Foundation that recognizes female club managers nationwide interested in furthering their professional development in club management. Erica also has her Hospitality Management degree from the University of Central Florida. Her ultimate career goal is to become a general manager.
