HOPE NOW, the voluntary, private sector alliance of mortgage servicers, investors, mortgage insurers and non-profit counselors, and Springboard, a HUD-approved, non-profit counseling agency, offering comprehensive online personal finance education and learning resources, are bringing several of the largest mortgage servicers together for a live, three day online event to help at-risk Arizona homeowners.
This is the first event of this kind ever offered by HOPE NOW and Springboard.
Homeowners throughout the state will be able to access a special web site event.hopenow.com or dial a toll free number, (888) 845-0418, to connect to housing counselors and mortgage servicers who will use Hope LoanPort® to upload the required documents for loan modifications, short sales and other mortgage options.
The three day event will run from 9:00am to 9:00pm MST during November 5th-7th. The event is free and open to all homeowners in Arizona.
Mortgage servicers currently participating include Carrington, Chase, Citi, Nationstar, Ocwen, Select Portfolio Servicing, Seterus, SunTrust and Wells Fargo.
Homeowners will have the chance to connect with a housing counselor in the event that their mortgage servicer is not participating.
