Mr. Behrens was previously serving as Chairman and interim President and CEO. The change is part of a client-centric growth plan to invest in the high-growth areas of its business.

Prior to Young America, Mr. Behrens worked with the Baird Capital Partners investment team to execute investment strategies, and source potential transactions to build digital marketing services companies. Prior to Baird Capital Partners, Mr. Behrens was President and CEO of SourceLink, LLC a business he grew to become North America’s 4th largest privately held marketing services company. Prior to SourceLink, Mr. Behrens was President and CEO of ETrac, a technology (SaaS) services business, and held various positions at GE Financial Assurance, including Senior Vice President Sales and Client Marketing. Mr. Behrens began his career at OAG, a global publisher of airline and hotel information.
