Spring this year saw Autonet Insurance launch their new ‘live chat’ service which enables customers to contact the broker online in a live environment. Having recently won the ‘Best Use of Technology’ award at the Midlands Contact Centre Forum, Autonet were pleased to announce they had been nominated again for another technology award due to the success of the ‘live chat’ system to date.
This newly formed award ceremony will acknowledge a variety of different aspects of technology that have had a direct influence to the insurance industry, proving a stage for companies throughout the UK to boast innovative ideas and projects surrounding their IT functions.
The judging panel will consist of many influential figures with a broad background knowledge of both the technology, and insurance sectors during the course of the evening.
The winner will have to demonstrate how the adoption of a new development or innovation has helped their client base within the insurance industry over the last 12 months. So far, Autonet has received an abundance of positive feedback from both their customers and insurance advisors on the use of the system. It enables people to safely and securely send documentation to the broker at a click of a button as well as asking any questions they may have regarding their insurance policies.

The winner will be announced at the Royal Garden Hotel in London on the 28th November.
