Gecker brings a wealth of experience and knowledge in employment law and litigation, having spent 29 years representing management in labor and employment matters, with an emphasis on litigation. He has tried numerous discrimination and other employment cases before federal and state courts, administrative agencies and arbitrators throughout the country.
The Law Offices of Fern Trevino – which represents employees and executives only – plans to draw on Gecker’s unique defense background to provide superior representation to its clients. “Jim is an excellent addition to the firm, and I have no doubt that our clients will benefit from the breadth and depth of his experience,” said the firm’s owner, Fern Trevino. “With his background as a defense attorney, he will bring unique insight and perspective to our clients.”
