LendKey, the cloud-based lending technology company located in New York City, today announced that David Mark, its Regulatory Compliance Counsel, has been promoted to Senior Vice President and is responsible for guiding the company and its clients through the lending regulatory environment.
Mark, who has been with LendKey since 2011, provides the company guidance on lending laws and regulatory compliance. His expertise pertains to consumer credit regulations and fair lending compliance, private and data security compliance, complex commercial contracts, and employment law. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from the University of Florida, a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Florida Atlantic University, and a Juris Doctor degree from Florida International University College of Law. He is admitted to the New York Bar and is an active member of the Association of Corporate Counsel.
