100% whole grain Organic Roasted Freekeh Couscous is a quick cooking U.S. #1 grade roasted green Durum wheat used in a variety of nutritionally balanced food products. This Ancient Grain is a roasted green wheat that is processed into couscous. It is high in dietary fiber, protein and vitamins and minerals. It is rich in probiotic properties and low on the glycemic index. It is manufactured under proprietary technology by mechanically harvesting, triple cleaning, parboiling, drying, cracking and sifting to a uniform particle size.
