David J. Dykeman, co-chair of the Global Life Sciences & Medical Technology Group of the international law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP, will be a featured speaker at the American Conference Institute’s (ACI) 2nd Practical and Tactical Art of the Deal in Medical Device Agreements Conference: M&A, Licensing, Co-Development, and Collaborations. The conference will take place Nov. 19-20, 2013 in Chicago.
Dykeman will serve as a panelist for “How the America Invents Act Has Impacted Licensing and Due Diligence to Date and What to Expect in the Future” on Wednesday, Nov. 20, 2013 from 8:15 – 9:30 am.
