Premium search placement more than doubles mobile leads from prospective residents

The unrivaled search placement service, compatible across all mobile platforms, enhances an apartment community’s competitive advantage by guaranteeing first page placement and maximizing exposure to prospective residents searching for an apartment on a smart phone and/or a tablet device.

During beta testing among thousands of listings over a period of several months, mobile leads more than doubled for Mobile Diamond properties, with an average 100 percent or greater lift. The test properties were chosen from a wide cross-section of geographic regions nationwide, advertising packages, and historical leads performance. Using such a large cross-section enabled a greater level of confidence in the test results.

Operating with a two-tiered system, Mobile Diamond quickly and easily generates a high volume of mobile leads by enabling owners to directly impact a community’s ranking in search results. Prior to the Mobile Diamond product, listings were sorted solely by distance to search location. Now communities can purchase a Diamond Max listing for guaranteed first placement or a Mobile Diamond for a top 20 listing to optimize exposure. This capability can significantly improve occupancy and is essential during lease-ups, new construction, and community repositions.
