Beauty Schools of America® (BSA) Sponsored the “Boyfriend Does My Makeup” Event
(PRWEB) November 08, 2013 -- Beauty Schools of America® (BSA) sponsored the “Boyfriend Does My Makeup” event at Cowboys Saloon. Couples were given the chance to compete for a two-night getaway at the Orlando World Center Marriot. Dina B judged the event as members of BSA gave professional insight into the makeup results.
“My Boyfriend Does My Makeup” is a YouTube video series in which female uploaders allowed their male friends, usually boyfriends, to apply makeup and record it. This meme has gone viral on account of the often-disappointing outcomes. Obviously beautification is an art form and BSA knows that better than anyone.
“The YouTube videos are very funny and this is a great chance for us to remind people how impressive and talented professional makeup artists truly are,” said Jeff Gonzales, Chief Operating Officer of Beauty Schools of America. “Beauty Schools of America is honored to be a part of such a fun event.”
The turnout was incredible as Beauty Schools of America® and 99.9 WKIS South Florida’s country stations hosted the festivities. Couples from all over South Florida showed up to take part. Unfortunately for all the girlfriends who were made up ‘unsuccessfully’ by their boyfriends there was only one winner.
