Stevens & Tate Marketing Account Services Director Debbie Szwast and Internet Director Nicole Wagner have been selected as featured speakers for the Wisconsin REALTORS® 2013 Management Conference. On December 12, 2013, the two real estate experts will present an informative session, “Proven Marketing Strategies To Be Successful In Real Estate Today,” geared at helping members learn essential tactics to drive success in their marketing programs.

Stevens & Tate Marketing Account Service Director Debbie Szwast and Internet Marketing Director Nicole Wagner will be joining forces as featured speakers at this year’s Management Conference for the Wisconsin REALTORS® Association. The pair, who collectively has decades of experience in the real estate and homebuilding industries, was selected to present an educational breakout session on key marketing trends and issues for owners, managers and high-level brokers in Wisconsin real estate.

The association is focusing on “Preparing For The Unpredictable” at the upcoming 2013 conference, and approached Stevens & Tate to share relevant marketing insight with their members based on the agency’s extensive expertise in this area. Wagner and Szwast will be giving their presentation, titled “Proven Marketing Strategies To Be Successful In Real Estate Today,” on Thursday, December 12, 2013, from 1:45 p.m. – 2:45 p.m.. According to Wagner, the session is designed to provide real estate professionals with essential marketing knowledge to help drive success in their businesses. “Although the real estate market is rebounding, it is still a challenging arena to be in,” Wagner stated. “Our goal is to educate association members on specific techniques and tactics that they can use to get ahead in their marketplace,” she continued.

The team will be discussing real-world strategies to help attendees improve performance—based on the principles of Stevens & Tate’s highly successful Attraction Marketing program. Participants will benefit from learning a series of initiatives designed to make an organization’s brand, products and services more attractive to prospects, as well as how to incorporate these core principles into their own programs to enhance efficiencies, optimize budgets and maximize results. Focus will be on fundamental issues like how online presence can make a significant impact for a business, and specific ways to best reach various audiences today.
