Healthentic Selected to Present During November's HR.com Virtual Conference
Seattle, WA (PRWEB) November 11, 2013 -- Proving their expertise in the employee wellness analytics field, Healthentic has been selected to present at the HR.com virtual conference later this month. Their presentation, which is focused on the history and future of health care analytics, is a part of the conference’s Employee Wellness tract.
Herbert Ong, Healthentic’s CEO and Ryan Collier, user experience product manager, will be cohosting at the virtual event on November 22, 2013. Ong and Collier will show attendees how they can use the power of technology and analytics to understand their population’s health concerns and proactively combat future risks based on health migration trends.
The session, “Trying to move the needle in wellness? Learn to track your wellness program's results" was selected for inclusion by HR.com after Healthentic submitted the curriculum for consideration earlier this year. The Seattle-based wellness analytics company has been helping employers understand their population’s health risks and conditions since 2008 and is currently expanding their scope into new marketplaces.
The Wellness Decision Engine (WDE), Healthentic’s proprietary wellness analytics tool, allows human resources managers to accurately determine their employee group’s whole health by compiling various insurance carrier reports into one easy to analyze dashboard. The WDE utilizes up to five years of historical insurance data to immediately show trends, tracks current conditions and predicts future risks based on this data. From there, employers are given a wide array of easy to implement health and wellness initiatives, complete with tracking capabilities, to promote disease prevention and encourage healthy living.
Healthentic’s presentation, which is free to attend and open for registration, will be held between 2:30-3:30 EST on November 22nd, 201.
HR.com is the premiere social networking site for human resources professionals, and offers Institute for Human Resources (IHR) and Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI) credits for attending approved online events. Those who attend Healthentic’s presentation may earn their IHR Certification Credit, HRCI General Credit, and HRCI eLearning Credit by attending the event.
