“We really like the ability for users to create their own agenda from within the EventPilot mobile app,” said Jenna Sabot, marketing assistant, Pittcon. “We understand that there is so much to squeeze into four days - so, if attendees have their conference time planned out before their visit, they can make the most out of attending our education packed event.”
EventPilot is an advanced meeting app that maximizes attendees’ time at the conference and exposition. Users easily build their personal schedule in advance, stay organized by taking notes during the event, and keep all key learnings and bookmarked items in a handy event email report. Personal data is automatically synchronized across devices and platforms so attendees can manage their schedule interchangeably from their phone or tablet.
The EventPilot app is easily accessible through many of the popular platforms, including iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch, Android, Tablets, and Kindle Fire.
EventPilot mobile conference app features include:
Personal Schedule Builder
Attendees can customize their daily agenda by adding sessions they plan to attend from the extensive program in the conference app. Users can create personal meetings with peers or exhibitors.
Synchronization Across Different Platforms
The paperless app synchronizes personal information across different operating systems allowing attendees to alternate between their Android phone and iOS tablet.
Attendees can find their way around at all times - internet is not required to access the maps. Exhibitors and session rooms are easily located using the animated maps included in the conference app.
The free iPhone and iPad conference app is available now in the App Store. The free Android event app is available in the Android market. Search for “Pittcon14”. A web version for BlackBerry and other web-enabled devices is available.
