Condé Nast Traveler magazine has released its annual Readers’ Choice Awards survey naming the Fairmont Heritage Place, Franz Klammer Lodge in Telluride, Colorado as No. 3 in the coveted Top 40 Hotels & Resorts in the West list. The luxury resort property was also the highest rated property in Telluride. The ranking was determined by Condé Nast Traveler readers who cast ballots to review properties and related experiences by evaluating their Service, Location, Design, Food, Activities and Rooms. Their annual reader’s choice award recognizes the crème de la crème of travel.

Condé Nast Traveler readers rated the Service at the Fairmont Heritage Place, Franz Klammer Lodge with 94.5 points out of a possible 100; a rating that illustrates the dedication of the staff to not only provide exceptional service, but to connect personally with each guest and provide them with the local Telluride feel.
