AmaZing! Customer Service Course Teaches Skills To Engage Both Employees and Patients
Louisville, Kentucky (PRWEB) November 11, 2013 -- Evidence In Motion (EIM) and PT Development (PTD) have collaborated to release AmaZing! Customer Service, a course designed to reshape patient experiences by engaging employees and improving clinic atmospheres.
AmaZing! Customer Service, developed by Dr. Laurence Benz, DPT, OCS, MAPP, MBA, teaches employees to provide an AmaZing! experience for every patient with the help of a self-paced, online course. Course materials include the AmaZing! Customer Service Manual, ten skits that bring each of the AmaZing! Principles to life, supplemental handouts, actionable exercises, and more. In addition to AmaZing! Customer Service Certification, participants will earn 10 contact hours from the EIM Institute of Health Professions upon completion of the course.
The program, tested for more than 20 years by Dr. Benz in private practice settings, results in highly engaged employees who strive to provide better experiences for each and every patient. Thus, AmaZing! Customer Service yields patients who are more likely to follow treatment plans and feel better, faster. These patients are happier, healthier, and more apt to refer their friends and family.
For additional information on AmaZing! Customer Service or to purchase the course, visit EIM’s website. The course is available for $199 for individuals. Teams who are interested in purchasing the AmaZing! Customer Service Suite may also do so online, with prices varying based on enrollment numbers.
INTERVIEW REQUESTS: Dr. Larry Benz is available for on-air and taped interviews to share more information about the programs and the results.
