Educational Seminar Covers New Techniques to Optimize Revenue Cycle Processes

April Wilson, Director of Analytic Products at RevSpring, will bring her passion for data analysis and testing to the Massachusetts Association of Patient Account Managers [MAPAM] November Conference. Wilson’s session, titled, “Ten Innovative Ways to Think about Reaching Your Audience,” will give healthcare professionals new techniques to optimize some of their current revenue cycle processes.

During her presentation, Wilson will cover five ways a health system can better reach its patient population and five metrics that help measure patient communication performance (and how to calculate them). The session will include a short walkthrough of free online tools that attendees can start utilizing in their organizations right away.

The conference, called “Tips to make your job easier, simpler, cheaper, and faster!” will give revenue cycle professionals and their staff new strategies to excel in 2014. Speakers include Wilson, and seasoned healthcare professionals Kathy Franco-Anthony and Joan Menard. Held at the Holiday Inn in Marlboro, Massachusetts, the meeting is on Thursday, November 21.
