Grand Pacific Resort Management Adds Third Hawaiian Resort
Carlsbad, CA (PRWEB) November 11, 2013 -- Grand Pacific Resort Management (GPRM) of Carlsbad, CA has been selected by the Board of Directors of the Makai Club Cottages and Condos Homeowners Association to manage its timeshare resort on the island of Kaua’i, Hawaii.
Included in their full-service management contract are resort operations, design and purchasing, renovations, and Owner Services including inventory and reservations support. GPRM will also handle all maintenance fee billing and collections through Advanced Financial Company (AFC), a Grand Pacific affiliate. The Makai Club and Cottages owners will benefit from Grand Pacific’s full suite of rental offerings through ResorTime.com, as well as internal exchange services through Grand Pacific Exchange (GPX).
The Makai Club, a beautiful 57-unit resort sloped on a gentle hillside along the 27-hole Makai Golf Course in Princeville, on the north shore of Kaua’i is the third resort in the area to be managed by GPRM’s “secret sauce.” The Garden Isle is also home to two other GPRM managed resorts; Alii Kai and Hanalei Bay Resort.
According to GPRM’s COO Nigel Lobo, this management contract is a result of a growing number of inquiries from resorts who have heard about or experienced the magic of our “secret sauce: our Grand Pacific Culture of Service and Owner Engagement, while producing outstanding financial results.”
Co-President David Brown describes the new addition to the GPRM family as cozy and romantic.
