We are extremely excited about this wonderful opportunity to serve the Board and owners at the Makai Club Resort.
Carlsbad, CA (PRWEB) November 11, 2013
Grand Pacific Resort Management (GPRM) of Carlsbad, CA has been selected by the Board of Directors of the Makai Club Cottages and Condos Homeowners Association to manage its timeshare resort on the island of Kaua’i, Hawaii.
Included in their full-service management contract are resort operations, design and purchasing, renovations, and Owner Services including inventory and reservations support. GPRM will also handle all maintenance fee billing and collections through Advanced Financial Company (AFC), a Grand Pacific affiliate. The Makai Club and Cottages owners will benefit from Grand Pacific’s full suite of rental offerings through ResorTime.com, as well as internal exchange services through Grand Pacific Exchange (GPX).
The Makai Club, a beautiful 57-unit resort sloped on a gentle hillside along the 27-hole Makai Golf Course in Princeville, on the north shore of Kaua’i is the third resort in the area to be managed by GPRM’s “secret sauce.” The Garden Isle is also home to two other GPRM managed resorts; Alii Kai and Hanalei Bay Resort.
According to GPRM’s COO Nigel Lobo, this management contract is a result of a growing number of inquiries from resorts who have heard about or experienced the magic of our “secret sauce: our Grand Pacific Culture of Service and Owner Engagement, while producing outstanding financial results.”
Co-President David Brown describes the new addition to the GPRM family as cozy and romantic. He says, “We are extremely excited about this wonderful opportunity to serve the Board and owners at the Makai Club Resort. In addition, this is an excellent enhancement to our presence in Hawaii, on the magical island of Kaua’i.”
Lobo added, “Onsite visits to our other managed resorts by HOA Board Members, while performing their due diligence as part of the RFP, process has been an integral component of the selection process. We have shown first-hand that we have all the necessary resources to deliver first-class resort management services to any timeshare/vacation ownership resort.”
Makai Club Cottages and Condos Board President Nancy Baca concurs. “Several members of the Board had the opportunity to participate in an on- site visit to Grand Pacific’s Home office as well as visit several of their Southern California resorts. All of us were extremely impressed with the genuine spirit of customer service and professionalism that we experienced with all levels of GPRM staff that we came in contact with.”
