Franchise Clique Expands, Welcomes New Customer Service Manager

Katy Quinn, a Long Island, New York native and a graduate of the College of Charleston, joined the Franchise Clique team this October and brings with her over 7 years of customer service experience. As the company’s new Customer Service Manager, Katy works with the call verification team, verifying and qualifying leads for franchise and business opportunities nationwide. “I have already learned so much from my short time thus far at Franchise Clique. What we do here is unique and I am very excited to be a part of a team that works diligently to help people find success in the franchise industry.” Chief Executive Officer Dave Schwartz commented on the growing program, “Our call verification programs, as well as our clients, have more than doubled since this summer. In addition to call verification, Katy is also the newest member of the public relations team, where she will be managing all social media sites for the company, writing weekly blog posts, and producing press releases. Schwartz says, “We’re very excited to have Katy joining our team. Her organization and creative writing skills as well as her expertise in customer service will really help expand our lead qualification division.”
