Baker Tilly’s Ed Offterdinger named to Washington Business Journal Power 100
Tysons Corner, VA (PRWEB) November 12, 2013 -- Ed Offterdinger, Executive Managing Partner of Baker Tilly Virchow Krause, LLP (Baker Tilly), one of the top 20 largest accounting and advisory firms in the country*, has been selected by the Washington Business Journal as one of the region’s most influential business leaders.
This year’s Power 100 is the second annual list compiled by the Washington Business Journal, whose criteria included leaders who were “influential, respected and able to get things done.”
Offterdinger’s selection was due in part to his leadership in a recent merger with New York firm Holtz Rubenstein Reminick LLP that expanded Baker Tilly’s East Coast footprint, bolstering the number of professionals to 1600 and revenues to more than $300 million. In addition to overseeing the firm’s east region, he also chairs the management committee and takes a leadership role in many philanthropic endeavors.
