VA Celebrates 10 Years of Online Services for Veterans

MyHealtheVet brings medical records, refills and medical information to Veterans online.

The Miami VA Healthcare System will be celebrating 10 years of online access for Veterans Wednesday, Nov 13 at 11 a.m. The My HealtheVet portal (http://www.myhealth.va.gov) started Nov. 11, 2003 and has since grown into a one-stop online home for medical records, medication refills and even secure messaging with healthcare providers.

My HealtheVet helps patients become better partners in their health care by providing instant access to health information and each patient’s medical notes. Veterans who have questions or who are interested in learning more about how My HealtheVet can work for them are encouraged to attend.
