The three-day conference brought together 15 major retailers to discuss topics related to the complexities of the procure-to-pay process. Stephen M.R. Covey, a leadership, ethics and high performance expert, and the author of the bestselling book The Speed of Trust, was the keynote speaker. The keynote address was followed by an interactive session and book signing by the author.
Roundtable topics were facilitated by industry leading talent from Connolly as well as external presenters and included Supplier Engagement, Data Security, Global Business Trends and Taking Corrective Action on Audit Recommendations. Workshops included “Future Economic Trends,” “Expanding the Scope Beyond Process-Cost Savings,” and “Appreciate, Communicate and Reciprocate across the Generational Divide.”
