Garland Technology Continues Its Expansion Initiative with New Hires and the Development of a Sales and Support Center

Ongoing initiatives include new hires and promotions, as well as the development of an in-house sales department and call center.
Kevin Westermann, one of the most recent additions to the team, is now assuming the role as marketing coordinator for Garland. His responsibilities will include increasing company brand awareness and maintaining customer loyalty through strategic, analytical approaches on traditional and social media platforms.

Additionally, a sales department and call center are under development to assist with customer inquiries. Currently, Garland offers scheduled training and support to partners and VAR resellers, and foresees a real-time call center to be a huge benefit to all parties. And as Garland forges into new international territories, available support will be necessary now more than ever.
