The Westchester Bank is excited to announce the Fourth Anniversary celebration of its White Plains branch, centrally located at 464 Mamaroneck Avenue, this coming Friday, November 15th. The general public is welcome to stop by on the 15th from 9am to 11am for coffee, bagels and refreshments.
