Tony Roma's to Open New Location in Bloomington, Illinois

Bloomington, Illinois (PRWEB) November 13, 2013 -- Romacorp, Inc. and Bloomington Ribs, LLC together announce the opening of a new Tony Roma’s location in Bloomington, Illinois scheduled for mid-February of 2014. The restaurant will be located at 1601 Jumer Drive, inside the Chateau Hotel and Conference Center and construction on the new location has already begun. Tony Roma’s will employ over 60 team members, seat 250 guests for a unique breakfast menu, lunch, and dinner; featuring a full service bar with several large flat screen televisions and of course, the signature World Famous Baby Back Ribs.

David McCLain, Managing Partner with Bloomington Ribs, LLC is excited to announce that the company has signed a 20 year lease with the hotel and also commented, “We could not be happier with the location that we have chosen. The Chateau Hotel & Conference Center is a staple within the Bloomington community!” The hotel features 180 charming rooms and suites along with a newly renovated conference, banquet, and meeting facilities ideal for business functions. Under the management of Jeremy Cruthis, Tony Roma’s and Bloomington Ribs, LLC are confident that the Midwest location will surpass expectations in all areas of the industry and deliver not only great food, but great service as well, to the city of Bloomington, Illinois and its guests.
